Our Policy

***For stability and freshness, We store and ship our products refrigerated***

We use refrigerated shipping via USPS 2-3 day priority service for our tocotrienols. It's important to note that this refrigeration method is not endorsed by our manufacturer. Their research has shown that annatto tocotrienols remain stable at room temperature (23°C/73°F) and 40% humidity for up to three years.

However, due to my graduate research experience at U.C. Berkeley under Professor Herbert M. Evans, the discoverer of Vitamin E, I've developed a habit of storing vitamin E products in a dark, refrigerated environment. This decision is our own as a concerned distributor.

We are concerned about temperature and humidity variations during shipping, especially in non-refrigerated trucks used by USPS, FedEx, and UPS, particularly in hot and humid summer months. Elevated temperatures and humidity can lead to softgel clumping and leakage, prompting our choice to refrigerate.

Our aim is to avoid any inconvenience for our partners and customers while ensuring product quality. Despite increased effort and cost, we prioritize safeguarding the integrity of this valuable molecule. Our dedication to quality underscores our commitment to delivering top-notch tocotrienols to our customers.

***To our knowledge, we are the only supplier in U.S.A. that refrigerates!***
